  • Understand teaming and JV requirements for NAVFAC, USACE, VA, NASA, Air Force, and GSA
  • Resolve potential constraints or barriers to success
  • Evaluate compliance with SBA and FAR requirements

We negotiate, edit, or provide input on:

  • Teaming agreements
  • Joint Venture agreements
  • Mentor/Protégé agreements

In more complex arrangements, we work closely with our legal associates to negotiate or revise agreements.
